The List method will read the Zip archive and refresh the contents list.

Description:

Refreshes the contents of the archive into the ZipContents TList property.  This is a manual "refresh" of the "Table of Contents".  This occurs automatically whenever a filename is assigned to ZipFileName.

Now if called while on operation is in progress it returns BUSY_ERROR
